I'm wondering if maybe I am sensitive to all metals, right now.

Last night I decided to test a high amount of a natural source of magnesium and other metals. I ate about 1/2 cup of almonds, along with some chocolate chips.

It gave me a bit of a bad feel. My nerves were a bit high strung and at times I just felt bad. sort of in waves. It took about 4 hours, for this to really hit me. (I work over night) This morning/today, I did 3 rounds of chelation and actually felt best, after the first round.
