The thing is, whether Arminianism is correct or Calvinism is correct, the same exact number of people are saved, there is no difference. All true believers will be saved whichever view is correct.

So is the number based on God's will, or human will, that is the question.

I'm going with what it says here:

Romans 9:16
16So then it depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy.
