I recommend skipping capsules and buying the bulk powder. It is cheaper and should be cleaner/more pure.

also, it is much easier to manage your dose size, over time, or on a whim, should you choose.

Personally, I have used the "bulksupplements.com" brand of R-ALA bulk powder, to great success. I purchase it on Amazon.com, but they also have their own site, which is their name!

If ALA will be of great benefit to you, specifically for chelation, you will notice benefits from very small doses. approximately 30mg or less. Takes about 1.5 hours for the chelation to really kick in, after you take a dose.
