Do you do colonics before and after the flush?

"set off on an adventure" - that pains a pretty dangerous picture. There are others who would put it much more mildly. I met people here who just do an enema before and after, and have only benefited from flushes. I suppose we all have different experiences.

What are your thoughts about bowen?
