Thank you. I should have said that Moritz recommends cutting out dairy. I don't know if he recommends it for everyone or only for people with certain conditions, and I don't know if he he would include raw organic milk and milk products in this. He does recommend unsalted butter though.

In any case, I am mostly vegan, whether Moritz recommends it or not.

Could you say more about the difference between McAyurveda and real ayurveda? I am actually in New Delhi, India, but all i can seem to find is what you call McAyurveda.

Why would sirodhara not help? What would?
