I don't know how to answer that. Some Catholics seem to be saved, but many seem to be deceived. I know they believe in the deity of Christ. They at least have that going for them. I definitely disagree with much of their doctrines.

I have a relative that goes to the Catholic Church because his wife is a strict Catholic. He has been going there for years. He says it depends on the priest. What I get from that is that some priests are actually born again/saved. Many are not. I don't see how a person who is a leader in the Catholic church or any other denomination can be preaching truth if he doesn't know it himself. Then those who are saved could be preaching the true gospel, however, they have some false doctrines. I know many have left the Catholic church because of false doctrines. I know many are turning to the Catholic church nowadays as well, but that does not make the Catholic church pure doctrine anymore than saying the Jehovah Witness cult is truth because many are joining that nowadays.

The Catholic church issue is a hard one to figure out. It is too complicated for me to answer. I think many in the Catholic church are hungry for God and seek Him. I believe God has heard their cry and saved within the Catholic church. People are where they are. As I have said, many have gotten out of it. I guess it's a process for each one as they grow in Christ and true doctrine. As Catholics develop a true relationship with Christ, His Spirit, The Father and study the Word in time many see enough truth to leave. I don't believe God has a rule that He will not save the hungry crying out to Him just because they are in the Catholic Church. The fact that they believe in the deity of Christ is a big plus in finding the real Jesus in the Catholic church.

In the end, regarding the Catholic church I guess many leaders are preaching another gospel, some are not. The Catholic church is huge. I think some groups within their system are worshiping the real Christ.

This one is all too complicated for me to figure out, but I have tried and long before you asked me. This is the best I can come up with.
