Thank you SO much for that descriptive and informative post...I'm still absorbing everything, but wanted to thank you ASAP. It was interesting about the magnesium, I didn't realize there were so many different kinds! I think I was saying I was trying magnesium citrate...but results with that are mixed, though most of the time doesn't seem to help a lot. This is so great though, I'll get to looking into all of this...but again, had to thank you right away, I really, really, REALLY appreciate it.
