Has his condition at least improved by a little bit? (Looking for hope here :( )

If you're wondering who I am, I'm a 17 year old male who is currently suffering from this for about 6-7 months now. Unfortunately I'm still not too sure of the cause because I was on the same bodybuilding diet and I've been working out so I thought I was healthy, all I remember is my lips felt weird after brushing before gym and that was when I knew my lips weren't normal anymore.
