This is all propaganda and not based on science. Show us evidence that people who do long fasts need prescription or OTC drugs after they're done. Sorry about your relative dying but they were the exception not the rule. Maybe your ignorant comments are based on your fears and feelings of loss. You can work through those feelings but this isn't the place to do it. Find a good psychotherapist. Good luck.
