Interesting.....there are reasons for the damage to the beta cells. One is a bacterial infection and two is a belief picked up from a parent which affects the colon making destruction of the beta cells much more likely. Coupled with the bacterial infection is what causes it.

It shows in the iris of the left eye BTW. Mine shows a fair bit of blue in the pancreas tail along with black (tissue destruction). It's what prevents the body healing which intrigues me, I do not know whether it is impacted faeces or whether it is something else. The nerve impulses to the bowel wall is certainly affected which does indicate possibly impacted faeces and where there is no black mark inside the bowel there is blue that shows in the pancreas tail!

The area of bowel relating to the pancreas tail is fairly close to the end of the digestive system and could possibly be affected by a colonic or enema.
