I think it will reverse the benefit if you go more than 40 minutes. So I use the Sota for 20 to 30 minutes. It turns off automatically after 20 minutes. Use up to twice per day for normal use.

If you're trying to break an addiction they have some other protocol. Probably more time, more often.

After you feel well you might just use it once per week - month. For maintenance.
