Is taking Copper really all that bad?

I heard that most people who need to supplement with Zinc actually have low copper as well.

What are the tell tale signs of too high copper? As I was reading, they don't seem too much different from deficiency in copper. Thus I'm lead to believe that it's probably impossible to say without hair analysis. Lol.

If it does really cause harm to the adrenals better to avoid it in that case.
