HotelParasite, Moritz is referring to stones stuck in the colon. For example -

I read Isabelle Moser's book 'When and How to be Your Own Doctor' from which this is an excerpt -

The average colon has plenty of pockets and narrow spaces where stones can get trapped, because it is so deformed and distended. That is also what Andreas Moritz wrote.

I wonder why you don't like him?
