I found an inexpensive solution for jock itch. Witch Hazel with 40% alcohol. Found it at Walmart. Apply as much as you can stand and as often as you can stand. Will burn for a while until skin heals. I've tried all sorts of creams and powder sprays, but this very cheap solution has worked best for me.
