thanks for the reply.yes i will try to find a doctor as soon as possible and i will look at all these different factors to try to find the root cause.i think the most probable cause is my gut because i have stomach issues very often especially from certain foods (mostly junk food) and at one period i was constantly having diarrhea for days..currently i don't eat any junk food,drink alcohol or smoke and i exercise regularly but i eat too much dairy,some wheat and also eat tuna which contains mercury but i eat so much because i want to gain weight.
