It just goes to show that every one reacts different I had pretty amzing flushes after a 40 and 28 day MCs. On those I did them on my last day cause at the time I wasn't as informed as I am now. The parragraph below is an excerpt from a post in the FAQs that outlines a well reasoned plan for doing a flush after the MC

after the fast, begin adding one tablespoon of olive oil to your diet after the third day of breaking the fast. This will stimulate the liver and gallbladder into producing and releasing bile. After a week of doing this, and perhaps adding even more healthy fats to the diet, a Liver Flush could be done with more ease and effectiveness.
