are my chronic anxiety, being very sensitive to sound, and panic attacks caused by adrenal fatigue, from my brain, or can't it be both?

I took a cortisol 24 hour test and came out high on noon, evening, and midnight. Then I tried taking Seriphos which worked for a bit and them made me feel worse. I also felt really tense and paranoid when i took Seriphos at night.
