There's also a brain center that works with some similair techniques I used. It's called Carrick Brain Centers or Cerebrum Health Centers.

I won't kid you my brain retraining was very hard. I also had to ignore my impulse to worry about candida, or my gut issues or some weird prickling sensation I would have. At one point I swear I could feel bubbles floating under my skin. I had to get passed all that and just know that if I stopped all the inflammation that I set off that things would heal and eventually tiny bit by bit after freakin work work work they did.
