Greetings, new person and new to natural remedies. I have been reading and investigating for some time. I have decided to get off of my medications and try natural alternative methods. Below is my information, ANY ADVICE or opinions are greatly welcomE

Borderline high BP 140/90( stopped Lisinipril 10mg/12.5 HCTZ)

Type 2 Diabetes(Metformin but have not taken in years, control with diet AIC less 6.0 or less)

Low Testosterone(Androgel currently taking)

High Trigyclerides(stopped Tricor)

Acid Reflux (stopped Prilosec, have hiatial hernia that is the factor)

Wellbutrin (Just started,plan on staying on for a bit)



My New Daily Regiment:
15 ml of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 2 times a day

2000 mg of Garlic Pills

1000 mg of Hawthorne Berry

2500 mg of Fish Oil

Multi vitamin/Mineral
