I plan on completing a 40 to 60 day water fast. I have embarked on shorter fasts previously, with a maximum of 21 days. I have enough fat reserves to last me through to 60 days. I am interested in learning about what percentage of the anticipated weight loss will be from fat metabolization, as opposed to water loss. All input will be greatly appreciated.
