I don't want to rehash years of dowsing info at this point it doesn't actually help anyone.

However its documented L-Form critters can change DNA and switch from one flavor to another. Rickettsia can do that between Rickettsia flavors and "possess" Plasmids so to speak..

As for viruses, well most are Toxins with a Quantum entanglement. Some like Brucella can be easily explained due to their bond with crystalline structures others are.. well entangled with something not so visible..
