thanks everyone, your words mean a lot!!
its been 24 hours post surgery...
they cut me from belly button to pubic bone and removed what they are calling a fatty mass that spanned from my lower rib bone to my pubic bone and from belly button to side body. I am just awakening up now... took the anaesthesia this long to leave the body!!
I feel ok... brought some fresh pineapple/carrot/OJ to drink..
I will be standing tonight or tomorrow morning...
the sooner i stand, the sooner i can go home!
I'm not using too much pain medication (morphine) the pain is minimal... unless I move.
I will continue with juice for the next 10 days and see where I go from there.
