I agree with fijifaster 100%. This is not even a crash diet, it is a poisoning diet.

Also please be aware that this is a forum for those who seek help with fasting with water only and those who want to help those fasting with water only. You may continue your diary on other fasting forums, but it would be unfair to those on "Fasting with water only" forum.
