For me warm water just increases nausea and causes empty gagging. This doesn't feel like detoxing at all. I feel seriously sick most of the day, my stomach burns up till my throat and my bowels are rumbling sometimes with pain. Nausea is almost always present. If the symptoms don't go away shortly after refeeding I'll check out a doc. I'm a bit afraid that it may be some kind of infection or bacterial imbalance.
