Pyrantel Pamaote (horse form) caused massive dissemination for me and caused scary edema that put me in the hospital. Nothing that is acknowledged as causing edema was found (my organs are fine/I'm considered too young to be at risk for it). Just an FYI. Whatever I have (I've believed it to be strongyloides but unworthy MDs have not taken me seriously)reacted very badly. So might not be the first thing to try unless treating pinworms. Ylang Ylang essential oil is working beautifully and safely for me, though. I posted about it earlier.
