I'll definitely get a bulb. as expensive as it is, I don't have room to store a sauna in my 1 bedroom condo. so I'll have to stick to a bulb but I'm sure that will still help!

Trust me, I already get some despair kind of feelings and I'm not even detoxing yet. I just tell myself it's the metals.

Lately at work I feel more anti-social. I feel like I need more time fore myself rather that spending time with them. I know that's not me. so I shrug it off.

Will keep you guys up to date.
