i already take 5.000 iu d3.

i think i'm on the right way.
today i experimented and raised my Iodine dose again. i took 250 mg Lugols in the morning. huge boost of energy all day. absolutely no fatigue. also warm hands for 2 or 3 hours. amazing. i had some days like these before but always crashed on the next day with extreme fatigue. lets see what happens tomorrow.

also today my facial skin is sometimes tingling as if something is changing. interesting.

i'm interested in trying Colloidal Silver but i have read that you cant take it together with iodine. what do you think grizz? i definitely dont want to stop lugols.
