1. I've only done two enemas so far, both with about a single cup of water and only a half teaspoon of coffee. After the first one I had quite a good day, but I did the next one the day after and I feel it was too much. My practitioner actually recommends starting like you would an exercise routine: very slowly and gradually (once a week, even). I'm planning on doing my third today or tomorrow. In either case, it seems starting with small amounts of coffee and water are very helpful to avoid crashes.
2. I'm no expert but that seems fine, especially if you're worried. I was only able to hold the liquid for about 8 minutes my first time anyway.
5. Doctor Wilson claims he's never seen issues with enemas, but obviously the research seems lacking here.
6. Same here! I haven't actually found a fix but NOW super enzymes seem to help, like you mentioned. Also, just eating most of my food in the morning and tapering it down over the day.

Cool to see another young'un on here. I'm 21 myself.
