Buy a USB microsope for 50 bucks. Examine the site of the itching. If you see mites, get mite treatment. If you see fibers, get fenbendazole. If you're afraid of meds not made for humans, you could go with the harsher ivermectin. It took me hundreds of doses over 4 years to mostly recover. LMK if you have luck with Antibiotics . They did nothing for me but make my pee stink. I'm kinda lymey too, but morgs were my war.
