hi, learned so much from reading this.. i myself looks for a remedy for my constipation.. sometimes the mood also alters my system.. the more stressed i become, the fewer visits in the comfort room..i had this attitude of reading through and searching first for testimonies and background of the medicine or herbs that i am about to take.It helps a lot knowing the body and observing the body because you will understand yourself more, and you will know what your body needs and how to assess for progress, if there is any..thanks for the insight :)
