if you're in the U.S. and you're a woman there should be help available. Phoenix had a decent shelter with cots and 2 meals per day. Nashville, Tennessee was the best and they even let us have a shower once a day. If you can get there i would try that. if you're victim of domestic violence WEAVE (Women Escaping a Violent Environment) may be able to help.
