Sounds like AF (metabolic problems).

Don't take Iodine until you know your problem. Under iodine, the thyroid makes more T4. If you, for example, have conversion problem FT4->FT3, this will not help.

Low body temperature, cold extremities - low metabolism; thyroid does not work properly.

Coated tongue digestive issues, small intestines, SIBO.
