We live with bacteria all over us. You get problems when the good bacteria outweigh the bad, allowing the bad bacteria to flourish in the form of an ulcer or infection. You must get your mind around the function of bacteria and it's role in optimum health. It is not an enemy to be destroyed. It is about balancing the good with the bad. Sadly we live in an incresingly toxic world, our food is devoid of adequate nutrients, often replaced with pectides and other chemicals which create the best conditions for the worst bacteria to flourish.
