hawk = sell aggressively. They push silver here as the be all- end all of 'healing like somehow it magically helps with the pulser as one poster suggested. The pulser needs no help.

But without an infection, the pulser doesn't do anything, from my experience. If your shoulder surgery starts getting more painful, it's probably gotten infected somehow--then the pulser will help. It speeds healing because it stops infection (so you could pulse preventively), of course), not because there's some magical quality to the pulse.
