Sounds like SIBO or SIYO.
I would take liver meds and bile salt supplements.

I think so. what liver meds and bile salt do you recommend?
I can't take milk thistle, because a few years ago just before all those woes hit me I mysteriously developed some severe abdominal pain and later was suspected as endormetriosis which flares up whenever there is hormonal fluctuation.
Do you know if lecithin helps fat digestion?
Transient time should be 24 hours. If you move things faster than that, little digestion occurs.

I go to bathroom 1-2 times per day if eat properly, much less often if eat badly.
Supplementation is essential to get any vitamins, proteins, essential fats, etc.

I take vitamin B, C, D, K, E, everyday if I can remember, but I doubt if they were really absorbed? And I'm not sure if I should take iron, I'm a female and kind of anemic, I used to take it but then afraid of them feeding bacteria. I used to take Magnesium, but then learned from Lyme website that it can contribute to bio-films so stopped taking it. And selenium, I tried to take it but got instant headache, learned it can worse heavy metal toxicity, and the same thing goes to ALA.
I suggest Fresh ground Flax Seed in Greek Yogurt, and up to 30Grams of Spirulina/D will calm the GI trac in a couple of weeks.

I am kind of hesitate to take flax seeds, one reason is that it's high fiber which does not agree with my stomach, the other is it's estrogenic which contradict with my endo. I love Greek Yogurt, but sadly I found most greek yogurt gave me headache due to my sensitivity to tyramine.
I will definitely check with the Spirulina though.
Thank you very much Mattk3!
