I recently discovered the water I was drinking was purified with no minerals. I've been drinking the water the last 3 years with increasing worse health issues. I began to have significant issues with constipation as well.

Recently, I switched to FIJI and Nestle PURE Life water and within days my issues with constipation disappeared and I had a little more energy.

So, I thought why not add more minerals. I bought the attached mineral electrolyte supplement. As you can see, doses are crazy by any means. Still, within 5 minutes of taking a dose I'm running to the bathroom with crazy diarrhea. Could these be where the purified water was leaching the minerals from my body for so long they aren't used to anything?
