Hey man, how long have you been doing this method? I see you're a new poster, so how long have you had the condition and any idea how you got yours? I remember asking a few months ago for some chapstick because my lower lip was CHAPPED, but some time later I woke up, brushed my teeth, they felt weird and were white and soggy. Dámn
That's what I'm scared of. I think since all the affected skin came off, my lips were left sensitive and raw too I guess (especially on the lower because that's where most of my EC is). I'm just hoping it would really go down soon. I heard some steroids MAY help (HC or the one Daniel Miller used)! But I'm not quite ready for it yet. Also people say that the sensitivity or inflammation SHOULD go down with time so again how long have you been doing this?
As for eating/drinking, if I'm at home I usually try my best not to let the food hit my lips because they still feel sensitive. I don't drink with a glass because I don't want the Aquaphor sticking so I drink with my shaker bottle up letting the water fall through like how athletes drink lol. Anyway, if I'm outside I just eat and drink normally, letting them touch it but still try my best not to (just ate a big mac some days ago) but drink through a straw. I also carry the Aquaphor so I can reapply after eating.
Btw have you made any dietary changes/added vitamins or anything that seemed to help?
Sure, I'll update especially when I notice things go bad, but they are still the same so far. In fact I think the sensitivity went down a bit
