Iosol is ammonium Iodide + plain iodine.

"Ammonium" has nothing whatsoever to do with "ammonia", which is used for cleaning, etc.

I take Iosol and I love it. Not everyone can handle Lugol's. That is why Iosol was developed. Some people like this one, some people like that one. To each his own.
