Hey bro!

Thanks for always reading my posts. I was actually just reading yours, I'm glad things are working well for you too.

I'm still very early into this method but I'm very hopeful, except maybe for the plumper lower lip which I hope will subside soon lol but anyway, you mentioned you also still get some flaking. Do you remove those or let them be? Mine is minimal but when there is, it usually comes off easily but if they don't sometimes I gently wipe them off with tissue after brushing or showering then immediately dab on some Aquaphor again.

In regards to the HC, would it be best to apply them on my sensitive lips right away, or should I wait for some kind of build up to form? I'm considering trying it sometime soon.
