This is mucus and not to worry about it. During a fast our lymph system is happy cleansing and dumping mucus in our colon. I have that in all my fasts. My advice would be not to pressure yourself to have a BM.

You have done a great job with the fast. Drink hot water like tea and more mucus will come out.
