Hi, R-Xan!
I truly believe your journey is soon to bring more healing than expected.
I was only thinking to add to the good guidance you already got, that staying warm helps a lot the healing while fasting. While not - staying warm plus having periods of induced high temperature seemingly help fight infectious agents (like Lyme) since high temperature activates the immune system.
I personally have good experience with a small Nugabest pad, but if expensive - any way of increasing your temperature would probably work.
