So it's pretty much 10 months to the day since I started moist healing, and it's one of the best decisions i've ever made.

Inflammation has diminished so much, my lips don't crust up anymore and that constant burning sensation that quite literally almost drove me insane has subsided, for the most part. I'm definitely not 100% healed yet (maybe I never will be) but as a 10 year EC sufferer that has been driven to suicidal thoughts over this, I'm beginning to live normally again.

Just wanted to give an update because i always appreciated seeing other people drop by with some positivity when I was at my lowest ebb with this shit. Stay strong everyone
