I started getting cysts in my groin, about a week before giving birth, followed by cysts just like what you described post-partum. To me, this indicates some kind of hormonal imbalance. Perhaps it is similar in your case as well? I began regular accupuncture at about 7 months post-partum and haven't had any return.
