More than likely your Amalgams are the problem . Trying to address the candida before taking care of the heavy metal issue is a dead end. I've tried every diet and every supplement there is and haven't had any real success, what is your body temp? If it is lower than 98.6 than the Amalgams are your problem, mercury is storing in your thyroid. Take care of the fillings and then the candida should clear up with clean diet, exercise and some minimal antifungal usage ...
