Broke my Fast Wrong. What to do? by FastingMandy66 ..... Fasting: Water Only

I did it again!
I recently completed a 13 day water only fast and ended up breaking the fast to a healthy helping of iHop pancakes, southwest omelet, hash browns and toast. I felt terrible afterwards and had to throw it up because my stomach was in so much pain! Just a week before I had finished my first water fast, had lost just over 20 pounds and went wild for 5-6 days eating everything I had fantasized about during the fast. Before I knew it I gained back the weight I had just lost. So I tried again and for the first two days post breaking I cheated then I began eating watery fruits and salads but my stomach is still irritated so I began doing more research for post fast eating and apparently I'm doing it all wrong. I've read I should be breaking with fresh juice/water mix for few days than fruits/vegetables and may take up to 15 days to eat reg. And digest animal protein.
Here's the question, it haseems been 4 days since I broke my fast, have I spoiled the benefits of the fast by breaking it wrong? If I begin the juice/water mix for a few days then fruit/veg plan will that save/boost my metabolism or will I have to start all over again and break it correctly?
