I have suffered from candida overgrowth for the past 12 years and have tried everything.

I have started taking boron capsules about a month and a half ago but am unsure how many I need to be taking to combat my candida.I have a bottle that is 3 mg. I tried drinking boron in water and could barely get it down so capsules work best for me.

Also, I started out taking 4 boron capsules a day and in the beginning I did notice an improvement in my candida symptoms but now it seems to have stopped working.I was under the impression candida would not become resistant to boron so im wondering If I just need to up my dose but don't want to overdose.

I also take iodoral everyday.
