I'm not overweight, I weigh 97 lbs and I follow an eastern diet with almost 100% whole foods, as I'm allergic to wheat and dairy. I know how the liver/gallbladder flush works, thanks. I've done it several times, and the bit about enemas is controversial, so I will not be doing that. You make an awful lot of assumptions about people and you sound hysterical and sensationalist as opposed to well informed on this subject, so I will not be taking your advice. Thanks.
