I wish the dentist would have just pulled it like I wanted.
He has a better chance of repeat business from you by giving you a root canal.
Seek out a holistic dentist, and tell whomever recommended him, and anybody else who will listen not to ever go to him.
Some dentists are scumbags, who couldn't make it unless the installed poisons in to their patients.
You might try swishing colloidal silver in the area of the tooth until you get your insurance. You don't need the high PPMs a lot of them sell.
