Your best bet would be to diet if your over weight. As the fat cells empty your liver will mop up the toxins again. Loses as much weight as you can before doing the flush. You will also lose some of the toxins when you piss.


So make sure you drink alot of water when on the diet. The diet alone might clear up your face. If not do the Liver Flush again do a enema and don't go nuts with the flush ether.

Just do the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar flush for one day then at the end of the day take a dose of Psyllium to help soak up the toxins.

Then for the next 3 days do enemas. No need to do big ones. Just enough to enemy your large bowl.

Also take peptodismal before the Psyllium like a few hours before.
