I did Espom salt flushes - two before and two after, and I did two weeks of fasting on The Master Cleanser directly before going into it, so my intestines were pretty empty. But the salts were too harsh on my system, hence waking up and having to go to the bathroom again in the middle of the night. Those recipes don't work for everyone in every situation, and sometimes your body just reacts and you just have to go with it. Your judgment isn't really helping btw.
